All Yotunia products are certified ECOCERT COSMOS Natural and manufactured in Europe (Latvia).

4. Orders and Payment

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days after processing.

For future international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for exchange or refund as store credit within 14 days of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
