Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free UK shipping on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay – no hidden fees.


2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days within the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


4. How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Where available, a tracking link will be included so you can follow your parcel.


5. What happens if my delivery is delayed?
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. Yotunia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services once the order has been dispatched.


6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@yotunia.uk. We will do our best to assist before dispatch. However, Yotunia cannot guarantee delivery if incorrect or incomplete address details are provided.


Orders & Returns

7. What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.


8. What if I receive a faulty or damaged product?
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence.

We will offer a replacement or a refund where required under UK consumer law.

We will cover the shipping cost of sending a replacement product.

Customers are not required to return faulty items unless specifically requested.


9. Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent).

For faulty or incorrect items, return shipping may not be required.


10. Can I exchange an unopened product for a different one?
Yes. If your product is unopened, unused, and sealed, you may exchange it for another Yotunia product of equal value within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

If the replacement product has a different price, we will request payment for the difference or issue store credit.


11. How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us at hello@yotunia.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details of your request (exchange or eligible refund case). We will provide instructions if your request is approved.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and view your order history.

Yes, all Yotunia products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

Yes, our products are certified under the ECOCERT COSMOS Natural standard and are dermatologically tested.


19. Where are your products made?
All Yotunia products are made in Europe (Latvia) in certified facilities that comply with strict EU safety and quality standards.


20. Do your products contain harmful ingredients?
No. Our formulas are free from parabens, silicones, mineral oils, PEGs, synthetic fragrances, and artificial colorants.
