1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers across Europe, including but not limited to:
United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, and other European countries.
We are continuously working to expand our shipping coverage.
2. Free Shipping
Yes — shipping is completely FREE on all orders across Europe.
No minimum order value.
No hidden fees.
No surprises.
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods (such as product launches, holidays, or peak seasons), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
4. Estimated Delivery Time (Europe)
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
- Europe (EU countries): 5–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to courier operations, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.
5. Customs & Import Duties (EU Orders)
For most European destinations, orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).
This means:
- Your order may be subject to local customs fees or import taxes
- These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
6. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (if available), so you can follow your parcel.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
